The house was great for 9 adults, we would rent again in the future.Could use a larger grill and bedrooms could use night stands, but other than that the house was perfect. Very clean, great location, private boardwalk to the beach! Best equipped kitchen we have ever had. They have really thought of everything at this beautiful beach house. There was plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking big meals. I do wish there were dressers in the rooms. I did not have insurance and Cape and Coast does not refund due to mandatory evacuations. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. Easy Breezy has plenty of serving dishes, bakeware, and pots and pans. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely rent again should we ever decide to return to Cape San Blas. The location on the cape is perfect. The ocean view is so gorgeous and the walk to the beach is a breeze even with kids in tow!

There are no outside stairs on these decks, so it is safe to have the doors open without concern about the dogs or little kids escaping. The location is absolutely amazing (beach front and a one minute walk to the water) and the accommodations are perfect. And the crowds? Cape San Blas is part of a stretch of coastline dubbed "The Forgotten Coast" and is a quick drive to the historic fishing and oystering towns of Port St. Joe and Apalachicola. The view of the gulf was priceless with easy access via a short boardwalk, and it was uncrowded even on a holiday weekend.All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Love it!!! 4th Floor Rubbish. The roads and bike/walking path are just fine for driving and riding.
